Event Information | Cause: It seems to be a known problem with Autotrace and there is nothing to do in order to stop those messages other than turning Autotrace off. Solution: So, if Autotrace is not needed, turn it off by running the commands: 1) atctl product for all the products listed: 2) atctl off <product_name> all 3) atctl off TMF then run: 4) atctl reset all 5) atctl remove all 6) stop and restart the oserv process after that the "atctl info" command should return: atctl:Autotrace not initialized and the above messages should not appear in the Event Viewer Application log anymore. |
