The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: The BizTalk Server WMI provider cannot create the BizTalk Messaging Management database object. Hresult: 0x80041013 Description: Provider load failure Source: WMI MicrosoftBizTalkServer_MgmtDb.
Event InformationIf you try to install Microsoft BizTalk Server on a domain controller, this event will log in to Application log.
CAUSE 1: BizTalk Server is designed to work with a local BizTalk Server Administrators group. This local group is created by BizTalk Server Setup. A local BizTalk Server Administrators group cannot be created on a domain controller because domain controllers do not maintain local groups. Domain controllers maintain only domain groups.

CAUSE 2.:
This behavior occurs because changes are made to the database schema during setup of BizTalk Server 2002 SP1 that are not compatible with BizTalk Server 2002 for the database setup process.
