Description | When the ServerProtect Information Server (IS) performs a scheduled task, the Live Cache service suddenly stops. |
Event Information | According To Trendmicro Solution: To resolve the issue: 1. In the affected NS that has the Live Cache application, go to the Program Files\Trend\Sprotect directory. 2. Rename TSC.exe and TSC.ptn to TSC.ex_ and TSC.pt_, respectively. 3. Access the ServerProtect Management Console and go to Task section. 4. Under Existing Task, manually initiate a task by clicking Perform Now. 5. Check if the Live Cache service fails again. 6. If the problem does not exist after renaming the TSC module, then download the latest version of TSC from the Trend Micro web site and replace the two files in the ServerProtect program directory. |
