Event Information | According To Trendmicro Solution: Resolve this issue by performing the following steps on the OfficeScan server: 1. Click Start >Run and then press ENTER key. 2. Click the Browse button. 3. Locate the svrinst.exe file under the ..\PCCSRV directory. 4. Double-click the Svrinst.exe file to select it. Leave a space and then add this setting: -uninstall Example: In the open field, it should show as: ----C:\Officescan_servername\pccsrv\svrinst.exe –uninstall 5. Press the ENTER key. 6. Double-click on the Svrinst.exe file to select it. ---Leave a space and then add this setting: -install ---Example: In the open field, it should show as: ---C:\Officescan_servername\pccsrv\svrinst.exe –install 7. Press the ENTER key. 8. Verify if the OfficeScan Master Service is created and started in Windows Control Panel Service's list. 9. Stop and start the OfficeScan Master Service to check if it is working properly. |
