Event Information | According to Symantec Resolution: This problem is addressed with AV/F for Exchange 3.01 build 91a. Use the appropriate section following to obtain this build. Platinum customers Product information and new build downloads are available on the Platinum Web site. 1.Log on to the Platinum Web at https://www-secure.symantec.com/platinum/ 2.Under Product Support, select your Product and Version from the pull-down menus. 3.Click Continue. You will be taken to the page for that product. The latest build will be available for download under the Product Updates section. North American Gold customers Software media is automatically shipped when a new product version is available on CD to customers with Upgrade Insurance. Other builds (updates) are only available through Symantec Technical Support as a solution to a technical problem. In North America, please contact technical support at 1-800-927-4017 (5 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday, Pacific Standard Time) and have your customer ID and upgrade insurance information readily available.
