Event Information | According To Trendmicro Problem: Even if IWSS did not encounter any problems, the Event ID 2001 log is still recorded in the Application Event Log. Solution: Do the following: 1. Open the Registry Editor (regedit.exe). Important: Before editing the registry, make sure you understand how to restore it if a problem occurs. For more information, view the Restoring the Registry Help topic in Regedit.exe or Restoring a Registry Key Help topic in Regedt32.exe. Making incorrect changes to your registry can cause serious system problems. Always make a back up copy before making any registry changes. 2. Find the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\IWSS-HTTP\Performance registry key. 3. Change the values of the following parameters to zero (0): -- First Counter ---- First Help 4. Restart the HTTP and FTP services. |
