| Event Information | According to Symantec : RESOLUTION For servers experiencing this problem, the fix is to increase the Connection Time Out value. To change the Connection Time Out value on a server 1.On the windows taskbar, click Start > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager 2.In the left pane, expand the server. 3.Expand Web Sites. 4.Right-click on Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange > Properties. 5.On the Web Site tab, under Connections in the Connection timeout box type:240 6.Click OK. 7.Close the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager window. |
