| More Information | Cause : The firmware on the EMM is not the same version. It is required that both modules have the same version of the firmware. This alert may be caused when a user attempts to insert an EMM module that has a different firmware version than an existing module. Resolution : Download the same version of the firmware to both EMM modules. |
