Target device generated unknown phase sequence Resolution: If the virtual disk is offline, try forcing it online with the Force Online command. Right-click the disk and select Force Online from the context menu that appears. See "Force Online" in the chapter "The Dell PowerVault 660F Storage System" for detailed instructions. |
