More Information | According to dell: Cause: Because of some unknown error on the Fibre Channel RAID controller, the rebuild has failed Resolution: Try rescanning the controller: from the Array Manager tree view, click to expand the Arrays storage object, right-click the PV660F Subsystem object, and then select Rescan from the context menu that comes up. This action will update the controller status within the GUI. If the controller has been removed and reinserted, check to see that the controller is inserted correctly: the DB9 connector should be located at the top of the module. For details, see the Dell PowerVault 660F and 224F Storage Systems Service Manual . Also, check that all cable connections are correctly and firmly connected. Try to rebuild again: right-click the Array Disk storage object in the tree view, and then select Rebuild from the context menu that comes up |
