DescriptionThe browser has received a server announcement indicating that the computer <computer name> is a master browser, but this computer is not a master browser.
Event InformationAn inconsistency exists between the Browser service and the server service.
USER ACTION: Contact the person with administrative rights on your computer if this message is in the event log in Event Viewer more than 6 times. Otherwise, stopping and restarting the server will eliminate the error.

SOLUTION:
Configure the no ip forward-protocol udp command to remove other default broadcast forwarding that occurs when the ip helper command is enabled.

1. On the computer that is attempting to become the master browser, edit the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Browser\Parameters\MaintainServerList registry key from Auto or Yes to False.
2. This registry change prevents the computer from attempting to become a domain master browser and competing with domain controllers. If the server is a domain controller, however, it is advisable to keep the default settings.
3. In addition, change the computers browser service setting to Startup Manually.
