Usually you will see similar events in the application log of your BlackBerry Server that say: "Get<various-objects> (0x80040115) failed." - Data: 80040115 = Mapi. A network error has occurred - The connection with the Microsoft Exchange Server cannot be established because of network problems. The connection was lost during a synchronization session. Make sure the server is available, and then synchronize again. By investigating the related events logged along with this event, may give information for further troubleshooting. The common problem lead to this event may be a network issue or Information store may unavailable. |
