Event InformationThis information from some newsgroups may help you:

The policies pass down and seem to install fine. When a domain admin logs in and runs a program, the program is installed the first time (expected) and then previous attempts to run the program run fine. If you are using the proprietary package an .nai file then you can remove the entry for that reg key in the reg file of the package. To keep this from happening you can add the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion \Explorer\MountPoints2 to the reg.xcp file and then the issue will go away in subsequent snapshots. It also seems that your domain users may not have rights to edit the registry which would explain why the application keeps launching. If you are using a .msi fiel you can set the registry on your PCs to run the .msi at an elevated privilege. This can be found in the msi sdk.
