Event InformationIf the description is:
Security policy cannot be propagated. Cannot access the template. Error code = 3. \\mydomain.com\sysvol\mydomain.com\Policies\{31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9}\Machine\Microsoft\Windows NT\SecEdit\GptTmpl.inf.

Cause:
* As the sysvol share is not available through the network adapter, the Windows 2000 is unable to access it to read the group policies.
* DFS client is disabled, the domain records are missing, or the DNS records are not registered properly.

Resolution:
* Error code 3 means "The system cannot find the path specified." Change the binding order of the network adapters so that File and Printer Sharing are on top of the list.
