| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: This problem may occur if both of the following conditions are true: 1. You used the Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Merge program (Exmerge.exe) to migrate data from Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 mailboxes in a different Exchange organization. 2. During the Exmerge.exe process, you selected the option to extract associated folder messages from the source information store and to import those messages to the target information store. For example, in the Source Server dialog box, you clicked Options, and then you clicked to select the Associated folder messages check box on the Data tab. WORKAROUND: To work around this problem, try to remove the copy rules or move rules from the mailbox before you move that mailbox. Additionally, run the ISINTEG against the mailbox store to determine if any problems exist in the database. |
