Event InformationAccording To Microsoft:
CAUSE:

This problem occurs when there are corrupted messages in the Exchange.box mailbox.

RESOLUTION:
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:

1. Verify that the Exchange Connector for Lotus Notes is correctly configured. If any parameters are incorrectly entered, update these parameters, as required. To do this, follow these steps:
--a. Start Exchange System Manager.
--b. Expand Administrative Groups, expand Your_Administrative_Group, and then expand Connectors.
--c. Right-click Connector for Lotus Notes (Exchange_Server_Name), and then click Properties.
--d. On the General tab, verify that the Domino server name is correctly entered in the following form in the Notes Server box:ServerName/DomainName
--e. Exit Exchange System Manager.

2. Verify that the Lotus Notes client is correctly configured. If any parameters are incorrectly entered, update these parameters, as required. To do this, follow these steps:
--a. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Lotus Applications, and then click Lotus Notes.
--b. Type the password for the Notes administrator account, and then click OK.
--c. In the left pane, click the Databases icon.
--d. Double-click Workspace to open the databases in Lotus Notes.
--e. Double-click DomainNames Address Book on ServerName. The Names.nsf database opens in Lotus Notes.
--f. In the left pane, click Server, click Domains, and then click the Basics tab if it is not already selected.
--g. Leave the Foreign Domain option selected in the Domain type list.
--h. Verify that the Foreign domain name box, contains the following text: exchange
--i. Click the Mail Information tab.
--j. In the Gateway server name box, verify that the name of the Lotus Domino server to which Connector for Lotus Notes will connect is correctly entered. This is the Lotus Domino bridgehead server. This box must contain the full nam
