Event Information According to Microsoft :

Cause :

This event is logged the when mapping of the URL to the queue was ignored.

Resolution :

Eliminate duplicate mappings in the Message Queuing mapping files

A queue alias, or URL, is being used multiple times in the Message Queuing mapping file or files.

Each alias can only be used once in a mapping file. If you have multiple mapping files in use, it is possible to have the same alias in different mapping files pointing to different queues, which also does not work.

To perform this procedure, you must have membership in Administrators , or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority.

To eliminate duplicate mappings:
  1. In Windows Explorer, navigate to %windir%\System32\msmq\Mapping.
  2. Open the desired mapping file, and locate the alias that is indicated in the event description. Note that mapping files are .xml files.
  3. Replace the duplicate queue alias with a unique alias.
Verify :

Verify that the MSMQ Service is installed and running.

To perform this procedure, you must have membership in Administrators , or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority.

To verify that the MSMQ Service is installed and running:
  1. Open the Services snap-in. To open Services, click Start . In the search box, type services.msc , and then press ENTER.
  2. Locate the Message Queuing service, and then confirm that the value in the Status column is Started .
