DescriptionThe Remote Storage job is being canceled because 5 consecutive errors were encountered.
Event InformationAccording to Microsoft

Cause:
This issue can occur if Remote Storage is migrating files that are in the process of being changed or modified when the files already match Remote Storage criteria for migration. The error message reports files that are changed between the time that the scanning phase finds the files on the disk until the time that the data-migration phase copies the data to the media. You know that the files were changed because the last-write time is different.
Remote Storage does not expect files to be changed between the time that the file is scanned to the time the file is migrated. Typically, older data is migrated, not data that is still being accessed and modified. If files are changed, Remote Storage considers the change a non-critical error and continues to the next file. If the number of files that is changed is more than the threshold, Remote Storage stops the job after it logs a 6012 warning message and the error message that is described in the "Summary" section.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, use either of the methods described in this section.
Method One
1. Click Start, click Programs, click Administrative Tools, and then click Remote Storage.
2. Click Managed volumes, and then double-click the volume that is being managed in the right pane.
3. Click the Settings tab.
4. Increase the setting in the Not accessed in box to a value that is long enough to ensure that files are not modified during a migration.
Method Two
1. Click Start, click Programs, click Administrative Tools, and then click Remote Storage.
2. Right-click Remote Storage (Local), and then click Change schedule.
3. Click the Schedule tab, and then click Change schedule.
4. Adjust the schedule for the frequency at which migration occurs so that files are not modified during a migration.
