Event InformationAccording To Microsoft:
Cause:

The message transfer agent (MTA) determined that this objects Originator OR name contains data that cannot be downgraded for transfer over a 1984 X.400 backbone. The downgrade process occurs according to the rules defined in Blue Book X.419, Annex B.Us

Resolution:
Use message tracking to identify the message sender, and modify their X.400 address to allow messages to be sent over the 1984 connection. Or, if the backbone supports the later X.400 version, use 1988 X.400 protocols.
