DescriptionWhile running the content download job 1, the service was unable to connect to the Web Proxy filter. Check that the Firewall service is running using ISA Server Management. If not, start the service.
Event InformationAccording To Microsoft:
While running a content download job, the ISA Scheduler service was unable to connect to the Web Proxy filter. This event may have been caused by one of the following: The Firewall service is not running.The Web filter is disabled.The Local Host network is not configured to listen for TCP requests from Web Proxy clients.

Resolution:
Check that the Firewall service is running. To do this, in the console tree of ISA Server Management, click Monitoring, then click the Services tab. You can see the status of the service in the details pane.Verify that the Web filter is enabled. To do this, in the console tree of ISA Server Management click Add-ins, and then select to view the Web filter properties.Verify that the Local Host network is configured to listen for TCP requests from Web Proxy clients. To do this, in the console tree of ISA Server Management, click Configuration, then click Networks. In the Networks tab, select the Local Host network, and then click the Web Proxy tab. In the Web Proxy tab, verify that Enable Web Proxy clients is selected.
