| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: This problem occurs because the initialization routine tries to contact a domain controller for the current domain through Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP). If the computer that performs the migration is in a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 domain, domain controllers are not available through LDAP. RESOLUTION: To resolve this problem, you must stop the Exchange 2000 Connectivity Controller service while you run the Migration Wizard to successfully extract data from a Notes server.The error message in the "Symptoms" section of this article is misleading and does not indicate the source of the problem. |
