Event InformationAccording to Microsoft :
Cause :
This Error event indicates that the managed folder mailbox assistant (formerly known as e-mail life cycle assistant) skipped processing the mailboxes in the mailbox database specified in the event description because it could not write to the audit logs. The managed folder assistant is a time-based Exchange assistant that provisions the managed default folders and managed custom in user mailboxes on scheduled intervals.
Audit logging is used to record the actions that are performed by the managed folder assistant. Audit logs are set up for each Mailbox server. By default, audit logging is disabled. The configuration information for audit logs is stored in the Active Directory directory service. This event may occur when audit logs are enabled for this computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server but the managed folder assistant could not update the audit logs with the activities performed.
Resolution :
To find the root cause of this error, increase the diagnostic logging level on Email_Lifecycle_Assistant category of MSExchangeMailboxAssistants service. To do this, follow the steps given here:
Caution:Incorrectly editing the registry can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Problems resulting from editing the registry incorrectly may not be able to be resolved. Before editing the registry, back up any valuable data.
1.Start Registry Editor (regedit).
2.Locate the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeMailboxAssistants\Diagnostics
3.In the results pane, change the Value data of Email_Lifecycle_Assistant to 5.
4.Exit Registry Editor.
5.Review other related Error and Warning events in the Application log. These related events may help you find the root cause of this error.
