Event InformationAccording to Microsoft :
Cause :
This Error event indicates that the managed folder mailbox assistant (formerly known as e-mail life cycle assistant) skipped processing all the mailboxes on this computer that is running Microsoft® Exchange Server because it could not find the path so that it could write audit log records. The managed folder assistant is a time-based Exchange assistant that provisions the managed default folders and managed custom folders in user mailboxes on scheduled intervals.
Audit logging is used to record the actions that are performed by the managed folder assistant. Audit log files are set up for each Mailbox server. By default, audit logging is disabled. The configuration information for audit logs is stored in the Active Directory® directory service. This event may occur when audit logging is enabled but the path of the audit logs is missing in Active Directory. When audit logging is enabled, audit logs are stored in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Logging\Managed Folder Assistant.
Resolution :To resolve this error, do one or more of the following:
1.Make sure that the following directory exists on the Exchange server that logged this event:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Logging\Managed Folder Assistant.
2.Examine related events in the Application log and System log for Warning events and Error events that come before or after this event. These related events may indicate a problem communicating with one or more domain controllers in the domain.
The managed folder assistant will try to read the information about the audit log path from Active Directory at the next scheduled interval.
